People driving north on River Road will bypass the 287N ramps and instead use the parking lot at Riverside Park to turn around to use the 287N ramp on the south bound side of River Road. The intersection of River Road and Wyckoff Ave becomes a nightmare trying to navigate. There are five major pathways converging there - now add all the people turning into and out of the parking lot for a short cut. The parking lot should have the entrance/exit by the apartments closed off.
