Amen David! Every park I go to is a complete mess: Gigantic weeds, grass up to my knees, overflowing garbage--or no garbage cans. Apparently, Noel Gallo isn't concerned. Fruitvale district is perpetually littered with garbage, and the parks are consistently in very poor shape.
