This iis unacceptable behavior. This type of thing gets talked abot in local schools. If you go to Penncrest, O'Hara or Marple Newtown and you have heard about this you MUST report it. If you don't you have no one to blame but yourself if you become a victim of crime. These peole need to be caught and an example needs to be made.
