The drain in back of my garage located at 790 Chalmers is clogged causing a flood when it rains. The flood level reaches up to the foundation of the garage and sometimes above depending on the amount of rain for that day. I contacted DWS last year and your representative that came out stated that after examining the drain, he did not have the proper equipment for the drain and that the someone will be returning with the proper equipment for the completion of the clogged drain. To this day I have not had any results in this matter. Over the weekend I experienced another flood and I look forward to resolving this matter soon. Thanks in advance
