alleyway is in desperate need of regrading

I have reported this issue on 4 different occasions. The alley directly behind my house has a large pothole that was created by CITY WORK CREWS fixing a watermain back in JANUARY and since then the issue has been closed all 4 times and submitted to the city agencies for review and appropriate action. This is NOT acceptable and makes our off street parking of no use or value and has made the alley and its easement un-passable depending on the type of car you drive.

I just drove down the alleyway and it is still not fixed. Where did you get the info that it was repaired?

Mr. Harris, I don't know where you got your information but the alley repair has NOT been completed. This picture was taken today 5/25/16

STILL NO FIX to the alley and the initial request is over 5 months old. Simply acknowledging the issues so they get buried in the SCF system is not a way to deal with anything. Why is the city repeatedly looking at this thread but doing absolutely nothing about it?
