Update: Per Troy Tinch, Public Works Section Manager, This repair was originally scheduled for June16th and due to the storm, it is now scheduled to be repaired by the end of this week. This repair is considered a level 3, because it is outside of the travel lane. Bicyclist should not be riding outside the travel lane.
