Description

There has been a gaping hole with a backhoe parked by it for 2 months on the 200 block of Welch between Taft and Mason. No work had been going on until this week, and now water pressure is down all over the neighborhood, but particularly along Welch. That work site is atrocious and needs to be inspected.
