Thank you for acknowledging, this will go a long way towards helping to improve the cleanliness of Whalley Ave. In conjunction with our Main Street initiative.

Some businesses use these trash barrels to dump their garbage, which creates a mountainous mess. It's bad at Whalley and Sherman. Businesses need to dispose of their trash properly; the trash barrels on the street are for people walking by. (Of course, these barrels will still remain invisible to those who insist that it's ok to just throw their trash on the sidewalk as they are walking, or into the roads as they are driving by.)
