J. Barker has investigated the area twice, 4/22/16 no issue observed and again on 4/29 during a rain event. No drainage issue observed.

Standing water remains after 24 hours.

Perhaps the pin is not in the exact location of the issue. It is actually on gray owl Garth close to the intersection with waterfowl. On the west side of gray owl (uphill side of street).

The curbing has been changed and not an issue now
