The following is the report from our inspector: "Went to address but there are about 80 units in the complex. there is no unit # or phone #. Knocked on a couple of doors and asked if they had any problem and they said no. I called the mngmt co. and they knew nothing about it. I told them that it is not the city water but 99% of the time it is a blocked sewer vent pipe that is forcing sewer gas up thru the drain pipes. Told them a way to prove it is to take a bowl and fill it with tap water and go away from the sink and smell the water, Gave them my phone # if they have any problems"
