I have continued to monitor the property and have not heard or seen a rooster. I am now transferring this case to zone specialist Jeff Berg. Mr. Berg may be contacted directly at (727)369-5667. Thank you.

I have not heard rooster in area. I have contacted several neighbors to determine where the roosters may be located and they have informed me that they have not heard the rooster. please contact me if you have any information that may help me in the investigation.

I have spoke to property owner and she informed me that they do have a rooster on the property. I informed the property owner of the City's Ordinance regarding animals kept in residential zoned districts at which she replied that she was not aware of the ordinance. The property owner said that she would remove the rooster from the property. I will continue to monitor the property to ensure the rooster has been removed.

Thank you for the update. As of July 5th the Rooster is still crowing, especially @ 330am.

I can hear the rooster crowing in the early morning hours a few blocks over, as well. They have not removed it.

The rooster is has been the property owner's pet and she has been attempting to find a new home for it. I called and spoke to her today and she has informed me that she has located a new home, however she has to wait a week before she can bring to the new home . I have granted her an extension to allow the animal to be relocated. Thank you all for your patience and understanding.
