In all fairness it was not "days" but years and thus by estoppel it became allowed, and the reason for the N hour parking/parking permits as well as metered parking became an ordinance NOT because businesses need available parking for their trade, nor city revenue, but for the BENEFIT of residents to be able to use street parking space for THEIR vehicles. Get it? Civic point crusaders like "john" who act like roving marauder vigilantes do nothing but erode confidence in civil civics and create hostility, resentment, distrust in establishment, society, rule of law. YOU "john" are the reason why anonymous reporting has issues and will, in time, disappear. Your previous stance on city maintained cameras being installed everywhere will undoubtedly turn against you and place you atop the "first against wall" list in most unfortunate and hopefully avoidable upcoming revolt...
