The road is covered with potholes on both sides of the street. It is very hard to avoid them. My commute consists of driving through this road everyday. They need to be fixed. This has been a problem for the last 3 winters that I have lived in this area.

Chiusa Town of Islip DPW (Ospite)
Crews have made repairs on Eastview Drive and will continue to do so as necessary. Additionally Eastview Drive is on the list for consideration for the 2011 Roadway Improvement Program. Please keep in mind that during the past few winters the harsh freeze/thaw cycles have been a detriment to the integrity of many roadways in the Town of Islip. DPW crews will continue to make repairs as necessary throughout the Town.
