This is not an abandoned car. I own this vehicle and live on Fendall Avenue one block from where this truck is parked. I chose this location to park as it was not blocking any residents who live on that block of the street. I just drove this truck and trailer up from Florida two weeks ago as it was my father's and he recently passed away. I have valid temporary tags and valid registration for the vehicle and for the trailer. I have every right to park my vehicle on the street just like everyone else. Thank you.

A PD-1 is the sticker placed on the vehicle to give the owner time to abate the problem.
