During morning rush hour around 6:40 multiple times a week the light at the intersection of Lockwood St and the Chamberlain highway changes to allow traffic to flow out from Lockwood onto the Chamberlain highway. But it does this when no cars triggered the light and no cars waiting. I know the Lockwood ext side has weight sensors but still the light changes interrupting flow of Chamberlain highway when no cars are trying to cross or exit Lockwood St.
