Description

Our trash pickup truck repeatedly shows up early in the morning, before 5:30—it's very disruptive and has disturbed my neighbors and me during sleep before work. I would respectfully ask that they refrain from trash pickup until 7:00, as outlined in the new haven city ordinance.
