Description

Going southbound on Horsepen there are 2 lanes at the Patterson intersection. The light will display a green arrow for a right turn only to go westbound on Patterson, while the left turn lane has a red light. When the light goes to the next cycle, the right turn lane light will turn yellow and then red, only to switch back to green about 2 seconds later when the left turn light turns green. This needlessly interupts the flow of traffic turning right off of Horsepen.
