Sharraxaadda

This is a phone booth outside of Daily's #8894. It has been vandalized with graffiti. It is probably the responsibility of the pay phone company to either repair or remove the phone booth, but there is no phone in the phone booth. Is it possible to find out which phone company is responsible and get them to remove the phone booth? Or is Daily's responsible for getting someone to remove the phone booth.
