Black graffiti with the text "wytor? US" and a bunch of scrambled nonsense.

Q. Please provide a detailed description of the location and size of the graffiti (e.g. "it is on the top right corner of the grey wall and is approximately 14")
A. It is on the right concrete barrier at the railroad tracks looking northbound. The graffiti is black and the markings are about 2' long and cover the left portion of the barrier.
