Greetings, I am currently the owner of 27 Dana Rd house, bought the house in 2007 for $332,500 which is double then the value in book page 50270-262, $166,250; I would like to sell the house; one issue is, all third party companies like Bank of America, Zillow, Trulia, list the house last sell at $166,250. Second issue, potential buyers don't see improvements on the house (like I got the house for $167k, now I would like to sell for $300k ); Can we correct the book page 50270-262 to show $332,500 sale value ?
