Description

The rattling of an uneven manhole cover in front of 410 Haverford Ave is my alarm clock every morning. Every west-bound car rolls over it, sending a loud 'clunk clunk' out across the block. I'm sure I'm not the only one who feel this way. Can you please install a cover cushion to stop the incessant noise?
