Opis
The traffic light at W. Marshall and Markley (at the railroad tracks) only stays green for W. Marshall for apprx 10 seconds which backs up traffic on W. Marshall. I've missed my 4:42 train two Fridays in a row because of this. Please extend the green light so that more than 3-4 vehicles can get through.

I agree. 202 traffic lights give priority to non-residents who don't pay taxes to the city. Those of us who pay thousands get robbed. Priority should go to residents/landowners.
Likewise, the sensor to turn north onto west Marshall often fails to give turn to this direction, in favor to those going straight from the other direction.
