SEECLICKFIX. The City's acknowledgement is just and auto response. Depending on how many issues there are it takes time to determine who to send out to do the job. When they say they referred something it is a good idea to call that agency to make sure they know about it. They do not way to many times.

Thank you David, I couldn't agree more. And when it does get reported, it may not go to the right agency or authority. Just called the Public Works because I realized I had reported this exactly one year ago and nothing had been done. They said private vehicle is private property and there is nothing we can do about this!

PWD is required to contact Oakland Fire Dept for all hazardous waste issues, Any thing on the sidewalk or street that can make to a storm drain. There is also Alameda Co Environmental health.
