The owners refuse to fix issues going on within the property. This is an apartment/auto mechanic building as well as there is a lawn mower shop located here. You can smell the gasoline when the lawn mower shop is open through out the enitire building. The buildings windows are not sealed properly, they have cracks in them as well. The building is full of mold and they just paint over it. There are cracks in the building and when it rains water comes through the walls. Also there is an infestation of bees around the building. It took three days for the owner to get pest control out there is a hole in the front of the building where the bees gather at and sworm. They left and are now coming back. There has been several complaints and still nothing is being done to fix up this property so that is a better living environment. If you could please help. I would like to remain annonomous due to the fact I can't afford to move however when my kids come over I would like them to be safe. Thank you.
