Update from Stormwater Department: job completed

this photo taken at 6:00 PM - - job does not seem completed , , it looks like this morning's storm just washed some of the dirty toilet paper into watershed # 33. Compare 'before & after' photos & note that soiled toilet tissue has just been washed down the bank into the waterway - - RAW SEWAGE NOT CLEANED UP !
