Do the flights coincide with rays games?

They aren't flying over Kenwood to advertise there. They have to be able to circle around to head back to where they are actually advertising.

With downtown and the beach area as thier focus. They can fly our over the Bay or Gulf to circle. That's exactly my point. City officials should regulate residential neighborhood or central St. Petersburg no-fly for these propplane's.

Well excuse my stupidity. However, we are located on a peninsula surrounded by water...can't they circle around there? Especially if their intended advertising areas are downtown St Pete, Tropicana Field and/or local beaches. Just sayin'.

Thank you for bringing this up. That plane flies right over my house almost every weekend, sometimes several times, and far too close. It is so loud it interferes with my phone conversations or the sound from the tv. I don't believe this should be allowed -- it's like being buzzed. These planes should be out over the water showing their ads to folks on the beach and leaving the rest of us in peace and quiet.

Geez Christ, how much advertising does GEICO need to do? It seems like you can't go anywhere without hearing/seeing one of their stupid ads. I think people know who they are by now.

A year later and this is *still* an ongoing issue.

The City of St Petersburg periodically reviews past reports that are made from citizens within our city limits, and in an effort to clean-up old issues that were resolved some time ago, we are marking as 'closed' those issues that were submitted in the past for which the work has been completed or the issue has otherwise been resolved.

If you think for any reason that the issue you submitted in the past might still be unresolved, please feel free to submit a new report with the SeeClickFix St. Pete website and we will make sure the issue is directed to the appropriate City department to be addressed as soon as possible.
