Q. Why is this a concern?
A. On Dowling, the traffic lights on Prairie and Harrisburg and Texas are not timed they block traffic in every direction. People can't get out of the Astros game.

Work Order Completed in Infor by 129780 on 2016-05-11T10:16:52.000-05:00 with comments - The traffic signal at Texas @ Harrisburg has its timing sequence frequently interrupted due to the passing of the Metro Light Rail. After the Astros games many of the intersections around Minute Maid stadium have police officers manually controlling signals and directing traffic. No issue found with the operation of the traffic signals at this time.
