A construction vehicle enter into 27th street off of Bainbridge and got stuck despite signs stating no construction vehicles. The construction sight along Schuykill Ave also is now parking tractor trailers along the north bound lane of Schuykill Ave during morning rush hour traffic without anyone directing traffic
