Description

Yesterday morning a burgundy car hit a traffic Pole between 8 Mile and Outer Drive on Mount Elliott. This morning I noticed all the street lights between 8 Mile and Outer Drive on Mount Elliott we're blinking as if they were shorted out. Since it's dark out right now and all the street lights are blinking I am unable to tell if there is a down wire or if this is a dangerous situation. I called all the numbers I had for the street light repair and got nothing
