Thanks for acknowledging it but that did not seem to get it picked up. That is general situation with SCF. you feel like your are reporting to a black hole of unknown if, when, who. When you forward it on is there any type of follow up? Can you please reply with a phone number for the person at the city that handle See Click Fix so I can call them. Thanks.

I also called the sanitation department department late last night and left a message. They called me this morning and said they will get it picked up. They said not to use see click fix that it can that a few days to get that notice. I don't think they had received the notice from the 19th. Once again I don't think this system works well. You don't say who it is forwarded to or who will respond so what happened to the report? Nothing it seems. Not a good system.

The City of St Petersburg periodically reviews past reports that are made from citizens within our city limits, and in an effort to clean-up old issues that were resolved some time ago, we are marking as 'closed' those issues that were submitted in the past for which the work has been completed or the issue has otherwise been resolved.

If you think for any reason that the issue you submitted in the past might still be unresolved, please feel free to submit a new report with the SeeClickFix St. Pete website and we will make sure the issue is directed to the appropriate City department to be addressed as soon as possible.
