Although there is clear signage on the Westbound lane of Bishop Avenue outside the Finch subway, drivers stop in the right turn lane to pick up passengers instead of using the Kiss and Ride facilities. During rush hour this causes confusion on who is stopped and who is turning and is a safety hazard.
