I'm not sure this is the correct address (it is close) but you'll know the house when you see it. It was heavily damaged in the '98 tornado. The current owner bought it then; he has never lived in it and has done very little to repair it. He has been approached about selling it but has refused. In the past he has done the least amount of work to keep Dekalb County off his back. It is an eyesore and is totally unfair to the neighbors on that street. This is Dunwoody, not some ghetto. Can't the City of Dunwoody do something?? Either make him, once and for all, repair it or condemn it and tear it down. A vacant lot would be better than what is there now.
