Description

The alley is off third avenue between the 3rd avenue high rise and the 1721 3rd avenue apartment building.
There are "NO PARKING IN ALLEY" signs in this alley. However, every day and evening there are cars (1 to 6 vehicles / rarely zero) parked here.
Also, emergency vehicles are often called to this address. = this could become dangerous when an ambulance or other emergency vehicle needs to access the building.
