No photo or details to identify. If this issue is regarding the yard waste in the road in front of 2410 Londonderry (on Shannondale road), we (the homeowners) are aware of it. Our yard service did this and we are in the process of addressing with them. We plan to clean it up tonight - Thursday 21-April(couldn't do it last few days, as we had to work late).
