Description

During rush hour (4:30 to 6:00pm) the timing of the traffic lights needs to be adjusted at Reeves Road and Hillcrest. Traffic is backed up all the way to Route 91. The light at Reeves turns green and 10 cars get through. The light at Hillcrest then turns red. We need to get more cars through these lights and get traffic flowing a lot faster. I understand that the cars waiting to get off of Reeves and Hillcrest want to get moving too, but maybe let 20 cars get through these lights on Lakeshore Blvd......
