When traveling westbound on MLK drive at Sweetbriar, there appears to be a 4th signal to accommodate a left turn light, however this left turn arrow never shows. With, at most, only 1 car per light cycle being able to turn the lane backs up.

Hi Philly 311, what more detail are you looking for? The original issue states MLK Drive at Sweetbriar going westbound...that is not only a specific intersection but a heading as well.
