Description

West side of E. Blackburn just after crossing Brand in the West bound lanes. Two huge depressions.

The two potholes have been "marginally" fixed. Looks like the city of Garland through a couple of shovel fulls of asphalt mix into the holes, but didn't bother to do a full repair and bring everything back up to grade.

Temporary Fix. First hard rain and heavy trucks and they will pop back out.
