Description

The pedestrian clearance interval (countdown time) starts at 26 seconds, yet the intersection is approx 160 feet wide. At the 4 ft / sec standard, my understanding is that this should be giving approx. 45 seconds.

It also took torturously long to get a signal at all -- enough so that two bikers gave up and started going up the west-side sidewalk of Hiawatha. But that seems to be par for the course with these signals.
