As we've discussed in the past, this neighbor details his own vehicles and those of friends; he does not advertise anywhere. The garage was permitted and constructed for that purpose and allowed by the Building Commissioner several years ago.
Absolutely not! Councilor Clancy acknowledged that the city was lied to when this was built.It was stated that this would be a two car garage.As you can clearly see this is not a two car garage.He also stated that if this was going on across the street from his house that this would not be going on.I have sent you over 50 pictures of cars ,trucks ,motorcycles and even boats coming and going,if i wanted to live next to a car wash i would move to curtis ave,

Our Code Enforcement Officer has looked into the matter as you requested and reported her findings to you. I am sorry if you do not agree with those findings. Perhaps it's time to have a conversation with your neighbor about what is going on and come to an understanding. Just as you are bothered by the vehicles that come and go, I'm sure he is equally as bothered by the second floor window photos you keep posting of his home and vehicles. You live across the street from one another and I am sure nobody is going anywhere anytime soon. Please try to work this out. As far as the City Code is concerned, the situation is legitimate.

As we have stated before, the City's Code Enforcement Officer has looked into the matter and found no violation of city code. The permits pulled (all done properly I might add) and your wealth of photographs show exactly what it is: a two car garage as an addition to an existing structure.
I asked previously that you respect the City's findings and move on from this when I closed the issue. You stated you were going to investigate your legal options as an alternative. I suggest that you continue down that path as the City has determined this matter closed. I would also add a word of caution as your behavior is beginning to resemble harassment of your neighbor. I will not allow this forum to be used in that way. Please check yourself, sir, or risk having your account revoked.
