Description

Culverts were replaced but the road has not been paved creating a hazard. Have gone across one on the last Monday of September and popped a tire and bent a rim. These were not marked. I asked the town to pay for the towing and repair since the culvert was not marked as a hazard. Of course they declined my request. This needs to be fixed!
