the new tenant on the first floor dumped his junk mattresses over a month ago out side near the dumpster in the back driveway off of quinlan ave kids play back there it's gross they still also use 2nd floor as a rooming house and too familes living togather in first floor with 3-5 kids that run through are quinlan street after school riding bikes up till dark screaming through food on the street like chicken ,pizza,paper rapers.we try to keep are street clean people complane about the kids riding on there lawns and kicking the garbage pails over, and not moving off the road when cars come up and down the street ...they go in mail boxes put stones in them ,durt.never happend till the new people moved in in the old rooming house 251 west main..ive lived here on quinlan for almost 10 years now...
