You need speed bumps, NOT Stop signs! There are way too many stop signs in Vista already. We need to start getting them removed to save fuel, time, brakes, and all the environmental impacts of those. Stop signs are not legal for slowing traffic. They are only to be placed where there is a question of right of way... ask the city engineer!
