They are definitely a community based organization. They also look like an asset to the neighborhood. Why give them a hard time?

The request is to ensure code and permit compliance. To ensure all neighbors are in agreement when development changes are made in the residential status. All properties must comply with city ordinances and policies. The request is to ensure proper code is followed by all organizations as established by the city of St Petersburg.

Not saying you are wrong, just that it seems counterintuitive.
