How long must the neighborhood suffer before the fence is fixed? Who do we need to contact if it isn't the city?
I hate to be the skunk in this conversation but why doesn't the cemetery association collect sufficient funds to adequately maintain the grounds and replace the fence? On a related note there is constant litter and trash around the perimeter. I have often wondered why the ground crew which does a nice job of maintaining the area within the fence couldn't spend a bit more time cleaning up the tree line on Blake, Osborne and Whalley.
If one of my relatives were buried there I would be appalled.
