Description

Dear City of Emeryville:
There are a number of construction projects in our area that we are aware of. We, the residents, support the developments, however, the construction work has been a source of noise pollution AFTER BUSINESS HOURS. Often times, the beeping and roaring sounds of machinery are heard way into the evening until as late after 7 PM. This has been very disturbing to our peaceful living and potentially damaging to our well being. We would like to know if this AFTER HOURS construction work is in violation of the laws, and if it indeed is, what would be the actions to be taken to stop it.
