Many cars go by this street at much hihger speeds than those posted. This is likely due to its proximity to other large streets and that this street is used as a short cut to avoid traffic.
Police enforcement will likely only fix the problem momentarily. As in many other streets, a digital speedometer that shows the drivers current speed should do wonders to minimized the issue in a long term bases.
