on both sides of the street it is either impossible or debris and tall grass that obstruct walking. this stree is very busy at times because of county court house and down town traffic. twice now i have seen a veteran trying to maneuver the sidewalk, and ended up in street. this includes women with babies and strollers. it has been like this with that sign for a year. recently some signs were out up and taken down.this one was not vlaimed. the bushes, not the bery tree make it near impossible to walk. the other side of the street has grass and debris. for years the business did a grat job of mowing grass...now is is so unsightly. the lot between 238 and 248 was cited a while ago. and still nothing. it smells. the traffic, foot and bike traffic throw all kinds of things in the lot. because of the gate, and possible snakes, neighbors cannot clean this up, we are working hard to keep this part of street clean. please help us. thanks
