Two boats and a truck yard parking this morning. This guy is running a fishing charter out of his house. Cap'n Stacy, the marinaless fisherman. He obviously cares nothing about the law at this point.
It is obviously cheaper for this guy to pay the very occasional low fine than to rent a boat slip. There has been little to no change over his yard parking, yard full of garbage, unkept yard, and evening fish cleanings in the front yard, despite the action/inaction of the city. His junk yard is dropping the values in the neighborhood. This is not the view that I paid for when I bought in what used to be a nice area. codes compliance is a joke, the city is a joke, and Jim Kennedy is a joke. Wiggins is the only one laughing at this point.
I agree with the other comments. This property has been an eyesore for years and he is running a fishing charter business out of this residence. Additionally, he has been seen dumping dead fish in the storm drain on his property. That drain is routinely filled with his trash and dead fish.
The issue that you reported previously has been addressed by the City, and this open work order is now closed. Please feel free to submit future requests to us via SeeClickFix St. Pete, and thanks again!
