Kerry,,, I used to be shocked at things like this. I agree with you that this incompetency should not happen in the first place,, and in the second place it should be caught and corrected by the City itself,, and not some passerby . On my corner somebody read the instructions for the curb crosswalk incorrectly, and, instead of grading it to dip and be level for wheelchairs and carts,, it's raised to almost a foot high! smh Welcom to the Mayor Harp's New Haven.

This is still an issue. With students returning in a couple weeks, this needs to be addressed!

First reported April 28, 2016. I guess I should be happy its only 2016 and not 2015. Obviously, the reason this happened is no one cares .
