Description

There is new graffiti on the label on a tree in front of 260 West End Ave, at the SE corner of 72nd St and West End. The tag is identical to two other ones near the same corner.
Is someone marking their territory, as in a drug corner or just a kid who has decided to mark up everything on this corner?
